We are looking for a commercially driven Partner Director to lead and grow our Canadian partner ecosystem, helping drive partner-generated ARR and strengthen strategic relationships across the region.

Where you fit in:

As Partner Director, you will lead the growth and success of Actionstep’s partner network across the region, working closely with Actionstep Certified Partners, referral partners and integration partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Your role sits at the centre of our partner strategy, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Services and Leadership teams to build scalable partnerships, strengthen partner engagement and increase partner-generated ARR across Canada.

What Your Day Might Look Like

Owning the full lifecycle of strategic partner relationships across Canada
Driving partner-generated ARR growth through co-sell and referral channels
Building and growing relationships with Actionstep Certified Partners (ACPs)
Developing partner enablement and co-marketing initiatives
Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Services teams
Supporting strategic partner-led customer opportunities and implementations
Delivering Quarterly Business Reviews and partner performance reporting
Managing partner-generated pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM
Running partner communications including town halls, newsletters and 1:1s
Identifying new partnership opportunities and revenue streams
Supporting marketplace and integration partner growth initiatives
Acting as a trusted advisor to partners while driving accountability and performance

About You

Essential:

5+ years’ experience in SaaS partner management or channel sales
Strong commercial experience within a SaaS or technology environment
Exposure to the legal industry or legal practice management software
Proven track record of driving partner-led revenue growth
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Experience working cross-functionally within fast-paced SaaS businesses
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Highly self-motivated, resourceful and commercially driven
Experience using Salesforce CRM
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously

Highly Advantageous:

Experience within legal tech or legal SaaS
Accounting software or professional services partnership exposure
Experience building co-sell and referral partner programmes
