Are you a recruitment agency?
We are like your ‘inhouse’ agency offering an agency service without the agency fee. Traditional % fee agencies are too transactional, expensive and who are they rooting for – the candidate, you or their commission? It’s all a bit conflicted and chaotic.

Only once this happens can we start the process of sourcing talent. Lots of moving parts in the hiring process – from filtering, qualifying & nurturing to interview coordination, offers and refences we have it all covered.
The entire process is managed via our managed service platform that’s a bit like an ATS with a concierge service plugged in.
Yes, our intuitive dashboard allows you to track applications in real-time. You can view candidate progress and receive updates throughout the hiring process. This transparency helps you stay informed and engaged.
We can also sync if you have your own ATS.
