What does fixed fee actually mean?
You agree the price before we start and that is what you pay, whatever the salary ends up being. From £2,250 +VAT for the Supported service. No percentage, no commission, no retainer.
How does that compare to a traditional agency?
A typical agency charges around 20% of salary, so £10,500 or more on a £50k hire, and more again as the salary climbs. The work involved is much the same either way, which is the bit that never made sense to us.
Is it just job advertising?
No. Advertising-only providers post your vacancy and forward whatever lands. We do proactive search and headhunting, screen and qualify candidates, manage interviews and support you through to the accepted offer.
What roles and sectors do you cover?

How long will the search take?
Finding and appointing the right candidate can take four, six, eight weeks – or longer. That's why every project includes up to three months of sourcing support, giving you the time and runway to make the right hire.
