Challenge
Recruiting thousands of people each year, Morrisons are always exploring new recruitment methods in order to find the best people
After hearing about our innovative low cost model, Morrisons contacted RR in 2008 with an opportunity to assist them in the recruitment of key personnel for their new state-of-the art distribution centre in Kent.
We were initially set the challenge of finding them an MHE Engineer in the Berkshire area as their traditional print advertising method was not performing.
Solution
We got straight to work, utilising a mixture of advertising and candidate searching to source a number of viable candidates, one of which went on to secure employment.
Having demonstrated that we do what we say we will, Morrisons very quickly bought into our model and service, and began submitting other vacancies across the UK, and in different disciplines including IT, Distribution and Logistics, Administration, Security, Human Resources,Training and Development, Management, Catering, Engineering and even Nursing!
