Like so many others, Dom has had bad experiences with traditional recruitment agencies who are incentivised by hiring the first available option, rather than the best person for the role. He, and his clients, needed a hiring partner who would feel like they are on the same side, rather than acting in their own interests.

RR’s focus for Dom and his clients has always been to hire the very best candidates. Unlike traditional agencies, we charged a fixed fee based on the talent marketing services provided.
