Challenge
As a luxury fashion brand, Browns demands the very best talent to look after its discerning clients.
They initially approached us to help them reduce their cost per hire and recruit luxury retail stylists for their London stores, with an emphasis on luxury fashion and designer experience.
Solution
We worked some RR magic and implemented a campaign to attract the right candidates. After receiving hundreds applications from candidates with retail experience, our team filtered the responses, loading only the most viable candidates into Browns’ online management system.
Our initial success formed the basis of what would become a successful partnership: in one year alone we sourced 12 new people for the company – Retail Associates and Retail Managers for Brow’s’ fashion, bridal, jewellery and shoe boutiques, as well as an Accounts Payable Clerk, Management Accountant, Web Editor and perhaps our biggest success, their Financial Controller.
