When setting up Action Sustainability 18 years ago, co-founders Ian and Shaun quickly realised they would need external support to hire the tech talent that would help them scale the business.
Rather than compromise on a DIY hiring approach or an agency that wouldn’t take the time to get to know the business, they looked to Recruitment Revolution to start a partnership that would be an ever-present in their business story.
Solution
RR opted for the approach that has since become a hallmark of the business: take the time to get to know the business so that we could represent it well when marketing to candidates, and also quickly filter out those who weren’t right for Action Sustainability’s roles.
It meant that Action Sustainability could rely on being supplied a select shortlist of a few great options, rather than being overwhelmed by tens of CVs.
We took on the legwork that Action Sustainability didn’t have capacity for, and formed a lasting partnership as they grew from 2 to 70 employees.
