Looking for a new job can be tough. Endless applications, clunky forms, and employers who never reply — it’s enough to make even the best candidates feel invisible. We don’t think it should be that way. At RR, we believe the hiring process should be positive, supportive and human. That’s why we champion a better experience, for all.

Who is RR – Are you an agency?

Hey there. RR operates more like an internal talent partner that collaborates with companies to source them talent and support the process – think more ‘in-house’ agency vibes.

OK, so what does this mean?

This means that unlike the traditional agencies, we don’t seek out job opportunities for jobseekers. We work the other way round – we source talent for jobs, not jobs for talent.

So you can’t help me get a job?

We’d be delighted to play a part in helping you find a new opportunity, and if we are working on a project that aligns with your skills, we’d love to include you in the hiring process.

Ok great, so do I need to register with you first.

No. This is a frictionless and hassle-free process. If you see a job, just apply and leave the rest to us.

What happens once I’ve applied for a role?

We’ll keep in touch and one of our friendly team will guide you through the process if you’re shortlisted.

I can see who is hiring – should I just apply directly?

As we work in partnership with our clients, we are both working on the same team to secure the best candidate.

All ‘Roads Lead to Rome’ so if you were to apply directly you are likely to still sit inside the hiring process we are managing.

We also provide a brilliant platform for our clients, which makes it easy for them to track your application and provide you with updates and feedback.

P.S. In case you were wondering. We don’t charge hefty % commissions – we operate a fixed project cost that just works better for everyone.

How do I know the status of my application?
