As HR Administrator you'll provide comprehensive administration support for the Human Resources Department EMEA ensuring high standards in data accuracy and written materials in line with BBA Aviation policies and procedures
HR Administrator Main Responsibilities:
Supporting the operational managers in the administration of the recruitment process. Ensuring the correct approvals are sought, advertising methods are the most appropriate and cost effective, interviews are conducted in a timely manner and candidates are on boarded in line with company and legislative requirements
+ Coordinating the employee cycle from on boarding through to completion of probation period to include arranging pre-employment testing, notifying the line manager of probation review dates and supporting the employee with any general queries.
+ Preparation of new starters information including, offer letters, contracts, induction packs, to ensure the smooth integration of the new employees into all Group Companies
+ Responsibility for ensuring the correct information is completed for leavers and sent to payroll within the required deadlines.
+ To administrate the HRIS system to ensure it is used to its maximum potential liaising with management to obtain feedback on any improvements that could be made for the system and ensuring these are implemented.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
+ Experience of a fast moving customer focused environment
+ Advanced Computer literacy: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
+ High levels of customer service
+ Team Player
+ Ability to assimilate information quickly
+ Proven to be proactive in improving processes
+ Educated to degree standard or willing to undertake studies
+ Ability to be able to travel if required
+ Full Driving Licence
