Due to continuing success and growth of my client, I have a unique opportunity available for a B2B Inside Sales Manager to join a fast growth Software as a service businesses (SaaS) in Atlanta. An ambitious fast growing organization.

The B2B Inside Sales Manager Role:

The role consists of leading a team of 10 high caliber B2B Insides Sales Executives whose job it is to generate sales-ready appointments for the sales team. You will provide constant support, coaching and training for the company’s entry-level executives to develop them into professional and well skilled Sales Executives.

Role Responsibilities:

+ Motivating, inspiring and developing your team.
+ Coaching and supporting the team to achieve their daily, weekly and monthly targets.
+ Working with your team to develop their sales skills and product knowledge.
+ Weekly 121 and goal setting sessions with your team.
+ Monitoring and increasing productivity through metrics/KPI based planning.
+ Leading by example and generating sales-ready appointments from outbound calling.
+ Speaking to senior managers and directors in a variety of B2B organizations & ensuring each appointment is well qualified and an opportunity for the sales team.
+ Regular interaction with Sales Managers & Head of New Business to monitor department Progression and performance against targets.
