Up to £24,000 (depending on experience) private healthcare, breakfast every Friday, well stocked drinks fridge

We are a leading supplier of USB technology and Branded Merchandise working with some of the biggest brands in the United Kingdom, Europe and USA. As a result of our expansion we currently have a position available within our Accounts Department:

Among others, your responsibilities will involve:

+ Converting sales orders to final VAT invoices when goods are delivered
+ Booking in Purchase orders
+ Credit control
+ Checking orders are clear to be released to customers
+ Processing customer payments
+ Banking
+ Back order reports for both sales and purchase orders
+ Daily processing of purchase orders and ensuring they comply with the sales orders
+ Daily processing of Sales orders
+ Credit Control for our Sister Company

Accounts Assistant Essential Skills:

+ At least 12 months experience within a professional accounts environment
+ Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel
+ Good organizational and administrative skills
+ A good telephone manner and ability to build up a good relationship with clients
+ Good spoken and written English
+ Knowledge of Xero Accounting Software is beneficial
